Meeting Planners, Association and Corporate CEO’s, CFO’s and Executive Directors Join us For GOLF!

Here’s what you can look forward to: 

  • Golf Course doors open 7:00 am 
  • All Golfers Check In (continental breakfast served) 8:30 am 
  • 9:00 am Shot-Gun Start 
  • 4:00 pm Closing Happy Hour with prizes awarded and raffles


Hotel Reservations: AMPs welcomes our out of town participants and sponsors. For your convenience we have secured a block of rooms at the TownePlace Suites (14090 Shoppers Best Way, Woodbridge, VA 22192). Reservations available now!  Contact the hotels directly at (571) 572-9800 and ask for the AMPs Golf Tournament rate.  Group rate $122 single/double.  All reservations must be received by April 1, 2025 to qualify for the group discounted rate.   


Planner/Supplier Challenge – Benefiting a Local Pet Rescue Organization:  We are once again excited to partner with Experience Grand Rapids for the Planner/Supplier Challenge, benefiting a local pet rescue organization. Join us in supporting high-risk animals in need by donating pet food or making a financial contribution at Hole #16. Your generosity will help provide care and find homes for cats, dogs, and other species.  Experience Grand Rapids proudly supports pet-friendly initiatives in Beer City USA, and together, we can make a difference for animals in need.


Raffle: If you are interested in donating a raffle prize, please contact info@ampsweb.org.  Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for $5 each or 5 for $20. Raffle tickets and prizes will be drawn throughout the day and during the Awards Reception. All proceeds will benefit the AMPs mission.
