When is IMEX America? IMEX kicks off with a day of free education at Smart Monday: Powered by MPI on October 16. Trade show opening times are below. Show opening times Attendees: Doors are open to attendees from 9:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday October 17 and Wednesday October 18 and 9:00am to 4:30pm on Thursday October 19. Exhibitors: Exhibitors have access to the exhibit hall from 7:00am on Tuesday October 17 and 8:00am on Wednesday October 18 and Thursday October 19. To alleviate crowding we ask that exhibitors arrive before 9:00am.
